Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CMO ALTO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
CMO ALTO is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform providing modules for Human Resources, Finance, CRM, Project Management, Marketing, and more. The Service is provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- One organization may have multiple user accounts under a single tenant
4. Subscription & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
- Free trial period: 30 days with full feature access
- All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise specified
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
- Refunds are available within 14 days of initial subscription for annual plans
5. Data Ownership
Your data belongs to you. CMO Group does not claim ownership of any data you enter into the platform. You retain all intellectual property rights to your content. We only process your data as necessary to provide the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent
7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Target uptime: 99.9% (measured monthly)
- Scheduled maintenance windows: Saturdays 02:00-06:00 UTC
- Service credit for downtime exceeding SLA: pro-rata refund
- Support response times: Critical (1hr), High (4hr), Normal (24hr)
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CMO Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be archived and eventually deleted per our data retention policy. You may export your data at any time during the active subscription period.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Port Louis, Mauritius, unless both parties agree to an alternative jurisdiction.
